Airway Health

Airway Health is the

hidden pathway to wellness

It all begins with airway, breathing and sleep! Improper breathing and sleep patterns can adversely affect your mood, energy, focus and overall health. If you don’t breathe well, your body works harder to function well. A poorly structured airway leads to mouth breathing, snoring and sleep apnea and can interfere with restorative sleep. Non-restorative sleep can lead to poor focus and function as well as an interruption in proper growth and development

Teeth crowding and narrow arches can contribute to poor posture, clenching, grinding and muscle tightness in an effort to maintain an adequate airway.

How important is an open airway?

When you able to maintain an open airway, you sleep better, you breathe better and feel better. We see improved quality of sleep with increased focus, concentration and energy. Skin tone often brightens and anxiety can show improvement once the airway is open.

Breathing becomes easier, the way it was naturally suppose to be., as our bodies were naturally designed to breathe through our nose and eat with our mouth.
